Abstract

The organic food market has seen significant growth in recent years, driven by changing

paper presents a comparative study of consumer behavior trends in organic food markets,
focusing on factors influencing purchasing decisions, perceptions of organic products, and
demographic variations. By analyzing data from various regions, this study aims to identify
key trends and provide insights for stakeholders in the organic food industry.
