Abstract

public health systems worldwide. International law plays a crucial role in managing these
crises through coordination, regulation, and cooperation among nations. This research paper
explores the role of international law in addressing global health crises, examining key legal
frameworks, institutions, and mechanisms that contribute to global health security. The paper
evaluates the effectiveness of these legal instruments in managing health emergencies and
proposes recommendations for enhancing international legal responses to future health crises.
