comparative analysis of anti-corruption laws across various jurisdictions, including the
United States, the United Kingdom, India, and Brazil. It examines the effectiveness,
enforcement mechanisms, and challenges associated with these laws. By analyzing the
similarities and differences in legal frameworks, this paper aims to provide insights into best
practices and potential improvements for anti-corruption measures globally.
